Provide oversight to existing team members for the collection, organization, analysis, measurement, evaluation and reporting of T&L activities (e.g. performance metrics, SLAs, scorecards, cost models, accruals, payments, rate updates, etc.) Plan, coordinate and supervise the T&L activities as per agreed Service catalogue Organize the work of the existing team in planning and managing logistics, warehouse and capacity planning / scheduling Direct and monitor the track and trace process of order cycle Liaise and negotiate with carriers on spot basis Resolve any arising problems or complaints. Works within defined processes to determine root causes for noncompliance and recommend changes for improvement Coordinate claims settlement with other functions and resolves straightforward carrier-related customer rejections and incidents, as well as claim recovery
