Delivery was good. Commmnication was terrible! After I accepted the bid, i did not hear from shipper at all. I emailed twice with no response until an hour beforr they wanted to pick up the item. Thankfully, it was ready and it was within a week.

Not only is Kerry such a nice person but he took great care with my hand painted china cabinet. Everything went smoothly. He communicated with me, was on time and made the delivery without incident. I am so very pleased and will be using him again in the future.

My shipping experience wasn’t bad. They took very good care of the furniture I was shipping. The only problem I had is the length of time they had the piece. It was going from NY to CA but once they had it on their truck, it wasn’t delivered for a month and i had to keep reaching out to them to get a status.

Sorry for the delay. We submitted our bid stating that the cross country shipment takes longer than the shorter distance. We give estimated time of arrival window and do our best to maintain the window.

Easy Transport was the best shipper i have dealt with. They communicated with me every step of the way. They were on time and wrapped the furniture very well. Took pictures before and after delivery. I will definitely use them again.
