Shipment was paid for at pickup, but shipment couldn't be hauled after it was loaded. Trucker's equipment did not have the capacity for this type of shipment. Trucker left shipment and never hauled it.

You lied about size it was 3 tons more and motor blew up half way up my hauler hydro leaked down in 10 sec cutterhead was stuck on trailer paid towing comp to get off.went back up their twice and the parking lot was not plowed snow was 2 feet deep and 400 ft from road spent over 500 in fuel to go get and no one would plow the lot cant get if cant reach brought biger trailer the last 2 times had a 8ton first time but needed a 10 ton you did not now what you had at all pic was not what you bought.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Our company was purchasing a piece of machinery, the seller kept delaying the sale and finally changed the sale price and terms. At that point, for reasons beyond our control we decided this purchase was not suitable for our company any longer. The service provider was very pleasant and we communicated our situation dilemma to them and what had happen to the item that was originally supposed to be shipped. Again, this was an unfortunate situation for us, but hope to continue using this service.

Excellent Response, On Time for Both Pick Up and Delivery. Took Great care of the load. It was strapped down so well it was like part of the trailer. Outstanding Communication. I will use him again any time I have the opportunity.
