The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services While I understand the service providers situation. He the owner not the driver personally told me two different times he still intended on honoring the terms of our agreement. Now he cancels without even the decency of a phone call after rescheduling the pick up twice.
Just wish he would have cancelled 4 days ago instead of stringing us along.
