Would ABSOLUTELY use these guys again. They communicated promptly, showed up on time, communicated with my client -- have a large, dry truck. Everything was in order. Thank you!!

Accidental gouge happened upon loading // I need the shipper to make arrangements with the client. This means please call the client ahead of delivery date to arrange a mutually-agreed upon date / time.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped My bad! The finish was still sticky at the time of pickup.

They have a huge dry trailer - nice people - they are a couple, which is a great advantage for loading / unloading furniture, and I don't have to worry about our clients needing to either lift, or get help to lift one end. They showed up promptly and delivered within a reasonable time. I don't expect shippers to kill themselves delivering a thing super rapidly just a reasonable delivery time. Thanks and I'll be in touch again for sure.

The only thing I would need -- and this is a BIG Deal, is PLEASE when it's a wooden piece of furniture, don't let it sit out in the drizzle then expect to wrap it with a blanket because it will trap the damp. (!!) otherwise you were great and delivered on time and were fast and courteous. But water and wood aren't friends!!!
