A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Her phone was damaged and did not get a chance to respond nor provide availability for the pickup. I gave notice as well as went to pickup location. I'd greatly appreciate NOT being sanctioned for this cancellation. I went pretty far out of my route to still try to accommodate this shipment. Thank you Response from Suzanne B.: As the shipper, I concur with his assessment of the problem. PLEASE do not sanction this shipper!

Response from Suzanne B.: Thank you so much for getting that to New Jersey by Christmas! We did not think that would be possible. We would ordinarily expect the shipper to assemble the legs on to the top, but our clients reported that they did this themselves, and were grateful to have the piece on the 25th.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Scheduling conflict arose for a trip out to the west coast and I won’t be out in Washington until the 2nd week of April. Client will repost and I will resubmit a quote when possible Response from Suzanne B.: No problem on the cancellation. I understand sometimes unexpected things happen. I just didn't hear anything from the shipper by text. I initially reached out on March 12th and didn't hear back. I texted again on the 19th and heard nothing back. Got a text back 2 days later 21st. I just needed to hear back.
