We just needed more communication. My client had to reach out multiple times to see where the shipment was and what the ETA was. This creates distrust. Promised delivery time was broken then rescheduled. But no communication.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved There was a combination of unfortunate circumstances - I had recorded the shipper's phone number with an incorrect digit, and my phone was out of order due to breakage. Therefore we missed communicating with one another.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Hi I didn't see or hear from them during the agreed upon pickup window and then they said "had to postpone until 2nd week of April". We needed the piece picked up Mid March.
