Need to be able to read and understand pickup and delivery timeframe prior to booking. Instead of rushing transporter. You need to be able to identify legal and illegal transporter while choosing transporter. It seems you like to deal with illegal transporter to have your item shipped.

I have the ENTIRE transcript of text communications to and from this carrier. To suggest that my client or I rushed this carrier at any time in between October 19 (pickup) and November 15 (delivery) is a gross mischaracterization and I NEVER do this. "Illegal transporter" I don't even know how to respond to this. Text string demonstrates carrier reply slow to nonexistent to texts asking for ETA, then promised delivery date missed with no explanation. COMMUNICATION IS ESSENTIAL.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Her phone was damaged and did not get a chance to respond nor provide availability for the pickup. I gave notice as well as went to pickup location. I'd greatly appreciate NOT being sanctioned for this cancellation. I went pretty far out of my route to still try to accommodate this shipment. Thank you

Thank you so much for getting that to New Jersey by Christmas! We did not think that would be possible. We would ordinarily expect the shipper to assemble the legs on to the top, but our clients reported that they did this themselves, and were grateful to have the piece on the 25th.

We just needed more communication. My client had to reach out multiple times to see where the shipment was and what the ETA was. This creates distrust. Promised delivery time was broken then rescheduled. But no communication.
