A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Before booking, I made sure that the driver knew we were closed the next day and asked what time they will arrive since I had to schedule my employee on his day off to be there for the pick up. I Was told that the pick up was going to be around 1 pm which everyone greed and my employee was schedules. I get a call at 7:30 am that the driver was going to be there at 9 am. No one could arrive there in such a short notice when I set everything up for 1 pm. This is why I cancelled, I don't like my
