The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Picked up the item when we had a clear deadline on, then his truck broke down, 3 weeks later when he missed the deadline we still were not told his truck is still in the shop. Then we were told the customer didn't care when he got his items, which after we contacted him said he never said that. A month later we demanded our items back only to be returned to the wrong address, luckily someone whom had the decency to return the items back to us which could have gone not so well. A mess all around!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved we can't get a hold of the customer

You can tell he’s been doing this for a while and not just somebody who started even though he doesn’t have a lot of reviews. Do not be scared to book you will be very happy.

Came on time and delivered in under a week across country as he said he would. Would def use him again, 3 peolle cancelled on us and he helped us save the sale by getting it there right. thanks for helping us

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Just don't get the entire situations. Was very clean about this needing to be there and to make sure not to cancel but just didn't work out.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Wasted my time, made me drag it around from one location to another so he could pick up after 9 pm before wanting to come in am. i went to bed he cancelled the transaction next day. i wish people would not waste time!!!!
