A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We are sorry for the time change. As I explained in the text we tried to call you asap when we got the address for both you pick up and the pick up we had booked before yours. Unfortunately it was to late the night before to call so I called first thing in the morning to see if it was ok to stop at your location first, but it went to voicemail both times I called and only got a response when I sent a text. Sorry we are not able to complete the shipment for you and hope you feel better soon.
