A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I originally submitted a bid for next day pick up. They went with someone else who didn't show up. They then booked us but we were gone and they would have had to wait until our next trip. They didn't want to wait that long, so it didn't work out. We did not agree on a certain date after they failed to originally book us and went with someone else

These people are garbage stuck around town for 3 Days to be able to facilitate this pickup and drop off horrible communication amongst two of her staff .. I had an email and three telephone numbers and nothing couldn't call me to let me know that this was already picked up
