I did not show up at agreed upon date and time I told the customer I don’t have pallets on hand I would have to buy one and I also told them that if they had somebody to buy the pallet I would come by but she told me I could buy pallet and she will reimburse me back my money

He did what he was hired to do: PALLETIZE ONLY. However, the price he charged us outside of USHIP for packaging materials seemed a little high. But he did do a great job with palletizing and shrink wrapping our statues.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time He charged us more money independently from what what was agreed on Uship. Furthermore, he promised us a specific date and then doesn't show up and no longer responded to our messages. NOTE: this was only to PALLETIZE the items. Not even to deliver or move them from where they were at.
