The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Driver accepted our listing to deliver in 2 days. He said he can deliver in one day if we pay him extra and we accepted. He didn't ship in one or two days. So we had to drive 7 hrs to deliver it ourselves because it was too late to find another shipper.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider was not communicative whatsoever. They were suppose to pick up our dance floor at 10am on Friday May 26th. She did not show up. Our client called her. She didn't pick up. We called her to get status. Her response: oh, I'm 10 hours away. Tell him I'll be there tomorrow. Our client made arrangements to be there early morning as agreed and drove a long distance. She also wanted to put our dance floor in an SUV. A ton of dance floor is not going to fit in there.
