The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This shipment was time sensitive. The service provider was unable to show up on the pick-up date stipulated when booking, therefore delivering by the agreed upon date by all parties was not going to be possible. Pick up date was for 8/18, 8/19 at the latest and delivery by Wed 8/21. Unforeseen circumstances were permitting him to pick up on Friday.
