After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Customer was advised on Friday 6/22/12 @ 1330hrs EDT 4 days before shipment was due to be delivered he should find a different carrier for his shipment. DIAMOND TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM INC. takes verbal abuse of our employees very seriously and will not be tolerated. Thank you for the opportunity and good luck with your shipment.
