The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer refused to sign the confirmation order. Misrepresented shipment.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I listed that I would be driving his truck to the port in Freeport. Truck was not ready to be driven onto public roads. No working lights, no wipers/fluid to wash windshield, and no brake lights.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I have lost the truck which i had Friday I have emails and rate conformation, and customer does not want to wait to find another truck , sorry but this is the trucking industry,i still look for truck but it is relly hard with those weather conditions
