A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Customer has a deadline for delivery that will pass before I am able to complete the shipment for him. Best to let customer find another carrier. Customer has been very professional and patient. Thank you.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved My quote specifically states a ten day pick up window, the customer accepted my bid based on this. He needs this there by tomorrow. I didn't get the information until after hours on Monday, which was a holiday. Today is Tuesday and he needs it there by tomorrow, my rate is a partial load rate, not expedited and not a full load. Sorry this is not going to work out with our arrangements on this.
