I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I placed a low but reasonable bid on the item, only to be rushed on the delivery. The item was not listed urgent and I feel that the customer should of listed it urgent. I communicated with the customer with in a reasonable time and told the customer that it would be this weekend (Dec 8th), and he was not willing to wait, so we agreed to get him a refund. Response from Jim C.: now let me see if l understand this, you bid my shipment had no idea when you would go or return had NO other shipments wanted me to wait til you had a full load coming and going would not give me any kind of date but l pushed you, yeap now l understand oh by the way it did show delivery dates DUH and to deliver on a delivery date you have to pick up before the delivery date YA THINK

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment after arrvial the driver found This Item was much larger than he could handle.Could not load this very large motorcycle in cargo van. cowhos Response from Jim C.: why not say what really happened or nothing at all, you wanted shipper to pick up 1000# trike and load sideways in a SLANT LOAD HORSE TRAILER you knew the size well before you ever got there also made 4 appouimtments to show up, you were asked over and over if you were sure it would load you were told over and over we did not think it would fit stop trying to make others look bad and you look good tell the truth

I have never been treated so badly in all my life. After loading his trike I broke my foot in two placed and tore three ligaments lose from the bone. I drove from California to Texas any way trying to get his trike to him. He cursed me and threatened me because I couldn't go any faster. I was in great pain. I should have just put the trike in a storage unit and told him to come and get it. After the trike was delivered he left me locked in the storage compound. I had to walk to get out. Response from Jim C.: l cussed you huh. that news, for someone that broke a foot in 2 places only had a ace bandage wrapped around it, thats why her bother in law walked out on her, did l leave the storage unit while you were dling what ever yeap sure did,did l threaten you nope, just told you we were calling state police if we did not get our trikes, worked huh, couldnt go any faster l could have waled from cal faster took 13 days ya think thats kinda slow, again a person will have to be a fool to hire you

This guy is without a doubt the worst person to do business with that I have dealt with. He is insulting, lies like crazy, and calls, and calls, and calls, even while you are trying to sleep. Expect up to 15 calls a day. He has no integrity and is YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE. He will also try to pay you less than he bids, and he will leave you terrible feedback it you do not take the offer. Response from Jim C.: well lets see, about my lies, you said 5 to 7 days, took 13 who lied, you made 7 appointments to pick up finally did, who lied, kept trying to find my trike, each time we talked you were 100 behind the last place we talked, who lied, yeap sure did tell yeah you needed to take less after l had paid for 5 to 7 day service and got the run around from you for 13 days, now who has no integrity and lies and does not earn his money the old fashioned honest way, oh yes l will say you are the only one l
