I did not show up at agreed upon date and time The the customer is saying he tried to call me and that is a lie. I’ve never heard from him. In fact, he started the cancellation process and didn’t even contact me and is now making a huge deal about it.

I told client when I made the bid I could pick up the item on my way passing through he confirmed shipment then he sent me a text saying it would have to be after 7am I contacted his son and his son said that he wasn’t able to continue with the shipment he was glad I contacted him he was gonna be at a show that day anyways and would not be available for pickup I have all text confirming this as well and now I’m receiving this cancelation notice
