Very professional and always willing to answer any questions. Answered and returned all calls within a matter of minutes. Very timely we never had to wait when dropping off, and payment was as agreed. Would love to haul for again, it was a peasure doing business with them.

The paperwork was not ready on one of his shipments. We had to double back four hours the next day to pick it up. This threw us into the 4th of July holiday weekend and everyone went home early or was closed without notifying us. This caused a delay which angered this customer. However, he paid promptly and we wish him well.

this guy is nuts, he picked up 2 of my trikes from private owners NOT A BUSINESS, the only one with paperwork was him DUH, he was late on picking up both trikes, one excuse after another, set up delivery time after delivery time with me, never made any of them he arrived several days late at my warehouse he was unloaded and PAID CASH ON THE SPOT use him u will find out he will screw you

Our contract stated delivery 7/4 to 7/7. We delivered on 7/8 due to paperwork not ready on one bike and we had to make a second trip back. We delivered $40,000 worth of trikes in safe and pristine condition. We were in contact with Jim Carter not realizing there were TWO Carter's, a Jr., and a Sr. who apparently did not communicate with each other. Enjoyed hauling these beautiful trikes.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment THIS TRANSPORTER IS VERY RUDE COULD NOT STOP CUSSING AT ME SAID HE WAS NOT GOING TO PICK UP MY BIKE ASK ME IF I KNEW WHO HE IS THE HE IS THE NUMB ER ONE SHIPPER WITH USHIP AND HE DID NOT HAVE TIME FOR ME TO CALL HIM
