A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Shipper arrived earlier than planned and no one was available to meet him at the pickup location.
Response from wmwarren:
I called and scheduled pick up the day before. I can 1 1/2 before arriving at business and left message on voice mail to call if arrival time will not work.
Did not get a response back. Arrived at business during open hours and at time scheduled.
NO one was there, business was closed.
Call again and was told I would have to come back in 2-3 hours.
I drove over an hours to get there at the scheduled time and could not return 2-3 hours latter as other shipments for pickup/delivery schedule
