This was one of the easiest and smoothest transactions that we have ever had. Tyrone was professional and courteous. He was in contact with us throughout the process and clearly communicated to both us and our client about the pickup and delivery. I did not show up at agreed upon date and time We want a FULL REFUND. This was a complete waste of time and resources. "InterState Hauling" did follow through with their stated pickup and delivery dates. We had to call them numerous times to get updates and they kept giving us the run-around. It is now over a week late and they still cannot give a pickup and delivery time. We have a business to run and expect to work with professionals that follow through with their agreements.
