The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider changed the pickup dates and kept saying he would pickup and then didn't show up. I booked these shipments, despite reading his profile and prior reviews. Typically I would not have booked with a service provider with such a questionable profile. Needless to say, he did not follow through and left me having to find another service provider.
