The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The driver was there delivering a shipment from Wilkes-Barre, Pa. Instead of taking the 2 skids of product, they marked it as "no freight was available". I have spoken with the contact at that location & the freight is still available & rescheduled with another carrier. The freight is being delivered to the location the same location that the delivery was being made from; Wilkes-Barre, Pa.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Though liftgate service was requested, the driver arrived without a liftgate and we have no ability to load the pallet. I have had no problems with this carrier and understand this was likely just a miscommunication on their end somewhere.
