I no longer need my item(s) shipped The original company that was booked, ended up showing up for the shipment. We don't need services from YRC any longer.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider We have had many issues with this carrier & wish to NOT use their services anymore. Please cancel immediately if possible. Thank you

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The shipment was originally scheduled & then cancelled. After rescheduling the shipment, there must have been some confusion on the shippers end. The shipment was never picked up. I had rescheduled the shipment now & just need this cancelled so there are no more issues or confusion on the carriers end.
