The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The driver showed up at the pickup location, stated that he was being given the wrong BOL. The correct BOL was sent & printed out a second time, driver continued to say that info was incorrect. I called the carrier directly to try & get them to go back & pick up the pallet. They said that they were sending a new BOL & they sent a blank form of the BOL. I really need to cancel this shipment so I can reschedule it. Thanks.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The shipment was originally scheduled & then cancelled. After rescheduling the shipment, there must have been some confusion on the shippers end. The shipment was never picked up. I had rescheduled the shipment now & just need this cancelled so there are no more issues or confusion on the carriers end.
