Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services Uship need to start screening the drivers a lot better. Every year getting harder and harder to find good drivers on this website! Before i hired the carrier i gave the specs and asked if she will have enough room in a van because the item is expensive and fragile and i got a yes. Nancy showed up with a very dirty and full van with a huge motor to pick up my very expensive and large item. She wanted just to stick the item side ways into a very small space where it would get scratched and damaged
