The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Warning Stay Away from this Service Provider!!! Horrible communications, Will ignore your massages, Will not pick up or deliver in the time frame. I hired this service provider with promise of pick up with in 16 days and i waited a whole month with horrible communications. After a month of waiting he canceled the pick up and delivery with no notice most likely because he did not want a bad review on his record and just took the cancellation. Please people stay away from this guy!!!

Horrible experience from the start!!!!!!!!!!!!Stay away from this shipper, horrible communications, horrible way of handling expensive equipment, everything came in very dirty and damaged, threw everything in a trailer carelessly without any blankets and damaged each very expensive machine!!! Will be filing a claim with uship!! Stay Away from this shipper!!

The customer did not read my bid. Booked this ltl standaed, but wanted white glove. Wasnt packaged, and was on the 2nd floor. Item was damaged coming down the stairs because of no help, not transport. The only mention of care was for the cushions. PLEASE READ THE BIDS! Also lack of comm was becuase he wanted me to go all over picking up other items when i was already booked full. Didnt want to taake cant for an answer. I hope he pays more attention for the next guy.?

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time Not the Best communications. Pick up was promised the week of the 30th and delivery the following week. Item is still not picked up and not sure when it will be picked up and all i hear is excuses.
