A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved It's called snow, of which no less than 16" have fallen since Saturday. It is snowing again as I type this. I will not jeopardize my equipment, drivers, or customers property to risk getting one item delivered on time. I sent an email on Monday to all customers expecting shipments explaining that we were 2-3 days behind schedule due to the storms in the Midwest. I can not have a driver wait 7 hours for a shipment. Our safe practices are why we are rated what we are. I'm sorry it didn't work out
