5 stars for the pickup communication and quick delivery but zero stars for attitude and professionalism. I asked for proof of shipment and a signed BOL like I do everyone else and the guy straight up lost it. He told me I didn't trust him because he's a "black man" and that i'm a white man holding the "black mans money". I had no idea what his race was as I simply don't care. Very angry and hard to work with individual. unfortunately for him, all customers will be asking for proof of delivery.
