A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Thanks Juan. I was unable to have the product ready for shipment and therefore had to cancel the shipment. I will work with Juan anytime!

I wont be using John again. First, He didn't read the job notes. When he found out he couldn't meet the delivery time, I asked him to find a provider who could as I paid him to deliver within a timeframe as my customer asked. He then just ignored my request after he made a mistake and dropped it off on my customers front door. John only cared about the money and not doing the right thing. Don't trust John to read or fix his errors. Failure on all fronts.
