The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Driver noted that item could be picked up anytime and delivered within a few days in booking notes. I immediately booked and called the driver to confirm he could deliver by friday at 2 pm because that was the cut off for the customer. We had the item packed and prepared as the driver wanted to meet early friday. At 11 am friday the driver called to cancel after we agreed to a tight delivery window. The driver was unable to stick to his agreement and instead of accepting that, the driver got mad
