A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We agreed that there was no way the job could be completed and both agreed respectfully to cancel the order. The shipper did nothing wrong.

This has been the worst shipping experience after 5 years in the business. David missed pickup dates 3 times, did not respond and then missed delivery date multiple times. After calling him for an update he then states without police reports or evidence that my customers item and his trailer were stolen but were unable to pay for it or claim insure than he claimed he had. David is unable to be held accountable for his mistakes and gets mad if you confront him about it. He only paid me 300 / 1100
