Wow! Great service with great communication. I shipped a piece with a large piece of glass and It was handled flawlessly. The driver even placed it inside for my customer. I will be working with them again! To sum up my experience: Professional, fast and a great team to work with all around.

Carriers did not have any moving blankets so I had to give them mine to use and keep. Carrier got mad when I did not immediately release payment when I told them I needed one hour to confirm that my customer received it before releasing payment. They immediately threatened me and were overall a pain to deal with. After being on uship for years, one of the worst experiences. Item did get there safe therefore we left them a neutral, rather than a negative.

We’ve been in business for 7 years and this customer was something else. Future transporters: Note customer will not pay at delivery! As well as have customer define in detailed requirements before transporting his items. He will not release payment at delivery! Also dont take a blanket even though he offers! Not a nice man to do business with! Have a nice day! Thank you!
