A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Drivers tried hard to work with me in every way but were unable to pick up the items from the other transporter. We agreed to cancel the shipment.

Shipper rescheduled multiple times, Had a new excuse ready for each time we chatted. When picking up, He did not bother to secure the items within his vehicle. He mentioned he could not mark the item delivered because he didn't have a computer and asked for the code, which wasnt going to happen. He kept saying he heard I had more shipments for him, which I never mentioned. Bizarre experience. I would have left a negative review but the item did arrive to the customer quickly.2/10 Experience

DUE TO SEVERAL SEVERE WINTER SNOW STORMS IN OTHER PARTS OF THE COUNTRY, OTHER THEN THE SHIPPER'S AREA, OUR TRANSPORT TIME SCHEDUAL, (PICK-UP/DELIVERY), HAD TO BE ALTERED ALMOST DAILY. THIS HAPPENS EVERY WINTER. MOST SHIPPERS REALIZE THAT WEATHER IN OTHER PARTS OF THE COUNTRY CAN EFFECT OTHER PARTS OF THE COUNTRY. AS FOR NOT SECURING HIS OTTERMAN, IT TRAVELED INSIDE A MERCEDES BENZ CUSTOM BUILT RV AND ARRIVED SAFELY AND ON TIME TO ITS DESTINATION. THE CUSTOMER WAS VERY PLEASED WITH MY SERVICE.
