I did not show up at agreed upon date and time an hour away to pick up location they decided to cancel me because someone else picked it messed up. no call no email to try to see were im at. Unprofessional

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The stated measurements were slightly off and the weightcwas understated as well. Nice fella but needs better loading facilities. It just wouldn't have fit without damage.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped After Initial correspondence days passed, then followed up and tried to find out if customer delivery was scheduled, didn't hear back... Then I found someone else who was really responsive, and booked it. They picked the product up. I contacted Speedyblue multiple times to ask for cancellation... no response... they went dark, no responses...for days.
