The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I was delayed until late in day thursday on Feb 8th. Then we had a severe snow storm roll in grounding me for the weekend. My entire trip south has to be cancelled as I needed to leave by Friday the 9th in the am at the latest. I hate to cancel but I have no choice.

Will was very easy to communicate with. Pickup and delivery was very easy, help at both ends. Look forward to working with him again!

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped After speaking with the customer, apparently he tried to text us at a number that does not receive texts. He then found someone else to ship the item. We contact our customers in the beginning of the week their items are scheduled to be transported. This customer apparently expected to be contacted right away after booking. The customer never tried to email us.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I arrived in the Chicago area at 7:30 PM on the agreed upon date customer did not want to meet after work hours. After discussing alternative dates with the customer it became clear the customer had limited windows for pick-up and limited desire to meet and get the item shipped. After careful consideration, having to pay two sets of Chicago tolls, hours of delay, hundreds of miles of driving out of my way, and several changes to the terms, I was unable to ship this item and cut my losses.

By cut losses, he means he texted me the morning of pickup and still said he was on time for a noon pickup... Then no called, no showed. Insult to injury, this is the first "surfacing" of this guy ever since that last text the morning of the rescheduled pickup... He is also not disclosing that he was traveling through Chicago on the first scheduled pickup with merely an SUV. Without, prior disclosure, He was suggesting that we stuff a fully assembled elliptical back there one its side.
