No worries, keep us in mind for next time! Response from William T.: That is BS. This guy locked down a deal. Then told us it would be one to two weeks before pickup. PICKUP. Plus transit time. The customer heard this and requested cancellation of the sale. Future prospects beware. What they are doing is locking down transports over a period of time, so that it makes sense for them, without warning the shipper (you) in the beginning. They keeping adding and adding, and only when it's in their best interest, do they come and pick the item up. Self Serving

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I would like to apologize for not being able to transport the elliptical. We touched based via phone and was on the timeline for Monday pick up. We discussed this might have to be moved up earlier due the current situation of our country. When it was released that IL was going to be in lockdown; I tried to repeatedly to reach out to the client to move up the timeline and have been unsuccessful.
