Das Unternehmen wurde im Jahr 1996 in 17192 Waren/Müritz als Einzelunternehmen gegründet. In den darauffolgenden Jahren ist es ständig gewachsen. Inzwischen werden 12 Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen Ganzjährig beschäftigt. In der Saisonzeit kommen nochmals 7 Mitarbeiter als Verstärkung dazu. Für die Bootstransporte stehen 5 LKW, 1 Jeep, 1 Transporter, 2 Begleitfahrzeuge BF3, und eine vielzahl von unterschiedlichen Spezialanhängern und Aufliegern zur Verfügung.
