The table is made to collapse to be very small, like an entry way table, and it will be easiest to ship like this. Each leaf panel for the table is stored in the coffee table.  

Blanket wrap very carefully

Pickup 7 days a week. Delivery to customer address. Must call or text day before arrival to set up pickup and delivery windows.  

The table top comes off the base. Heavy piece. Requires two people to lift. Auction House open for pick up Monday-Friday 10 AM to 4 PM. Lot Number 0173  

The following pieces will need to be picked up: 3 metal chairs (40 lb each), one bench (40 lb), then drive 7 mins and pick up 2 pieces of art, small kids table. All of that needs to go up to Ancram, NY. It's a pretty quick load.  

*If you cannot follow the instructions below please do not accept our offer. -Table set includes benches measurements are based on the benches tucked under, they do not tuck fully. -Pickup business hours are 10:30-4:30 M-F. This means items need to be loaded by 4:30. Delivery out of town and gets back on the 6th. 6th is earliest delivery for this item. -We are out of town the 23rd and 24th but can coordinate pickup if we know before booking. -Pickup location and delivery location need 24 hours notice before arrival. -Signed BOL and POD must be sent to to us for payment release. This means using the EBOL that uShip provides, or the paperwork we provide. Not gathering signatures or pictures may result in delay of payment release. -All items must be blanket wrapped by carrier. We apologies for the detailed instructions. We feel these instructions are standard, but typically not followed. A professional carrier likely already provides all of the above. We do not book with new carriers to the uShip platform. The lack of feedback makes it too risky. We ship 5-10 shipments a week and really enjoy working with repeat carriers.

There is a guard gate. Please let me know the date you will arrive so I can let the gate know.  

 

Pickup location is Alex Cooper auction house. Marble top is removable and must be transported vertically on the back edge, otherwise it will break. Recipient with make themselves available days/evenings/weekends at your schedule to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. I'm an experienced uShip'er and appreciate your hard work and also care with my items!  

The dining table is steel and glass so it is very heavy as mentioned. Should have box truck to load from loading dock at auction house and/or multiple people to move. Destination location is on the ground floor, so there are no steps/stairs but will need to move through the ground floor of the building to the backyard.
