1. This couch is a sectional in 3 pieces. The two end pieces are recliners. I have no idea how much they weigh. I'm sure you can estimate their weight better than I can based on your experience.
2. I'm assuming by blanket wrapped you mean thoroughly wrapped on all sides and taped and not just put on the truck and covered.
3. You will pick the couch up at a private residence with 3 steps up to the front door.
4. The couch is being delivered to a 6th floor apartment that has a freight elevator that is located close to the apartment.
5. The pickup and delivery dates given above are a guideline - not cast in concrete - as I have no idea what a reasonable time frame is between pickup and delivery!
