This futon is on the third floor.  

 

 

Picnic table is a foldable model transports as a compact piece with wheels. Futon is taken apart into individual components. Mattress will be in a mattress bag with handles.  

Flexible on delivery date. Please call before delivery.  

Must be picked up between the hours of 9am-Noon.  

 

I have a storage of 10x4x8 feet full of mostly bins, one large box of art, a foldable scaffolding, two large ladders and one step stool ladder, a utility shelf, clothes rack, clothes, a futon, and other small items like bedding etc  

3 large boxes, all under 50 pounds: 1 with a typewriter and clothes, 1 with books, 1 with clothes & misc. small, twin, futon style mattress, rolls up fairly small, is very light  

Call before arrival. Need to check in with reception desk at pick up location. Enclosed truck or trailer only.

Pickups only Tuesday-Friday from 9am – Noon & 1:30pm – 4:30pm. NO PICKUPS FROM 12:30 – 1:30pm  

The couch will need to be picked up from a warehouse between 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday through Friday with at least a 24hour notice.  

There is a flight of stairs to go up in LIC  

Have two in my basement (walkout) and 1 in my living room, need to go into home in philly. Futon on 1st floor and dresser/amoire on 2nd floor. I'd like this done for around $150 and flexible on timing.  

It’s in a big box. Website says 87 lbs. not sure how accurate that is as it also says 2 people needed to lift.  

Futon frame is assembled and has a mattress. Futon pick up will be from my garage. Depending on truck size, the drop off will probably be at the front gate of a gated community. The receiving party will bring the futon from the gate into the house.  

 

For the mattress — it's only the mattress, not the bed frame.

EZ pickup right off highway (95) and drop off right off Highway (I-26) to drive-up storage facility. Ground floor to ground floor. Flexible with items to pickup also, if you have room but the futon is too long, for example, we can replace with more medium boxes. Whatever can work to make your trip an easy extra $. Piano must be handled with care along with the bench and wrapped for protection. Plastic covering on the futon mattress for protection. Futon frame can be disassembled or shipped assembled.
