Bed is currently taken apart and in storage in Richmond, VA. Could be picked up anytime until the end of August.  

 

moving from a 10x10 storage facility in michigan to an apartment building in chicago. mostly clothes, boxes and a queen bed.

I am moving from NC to Philadelphia and don't have many boxes. Everything I own can likely fit into a minivan except for a few small pieces of furniture that I'd like to take with me - including a chest of drawers, a small nightstand, a tall bookshelf, a desk, and a tv stand. All furniture items are relatively light. Items will be coming out of storage in a house (ground and 2nd floors - all furniture is on the ground floor). I will be moving into the 6th floor of an apartment building in Philadelphia (there is an elevator).  

Second Floor apt, everything will be boxed and disassembled at time of pick up. Will help load/unload.  

 

This is an antique chest of drawers, 42" wide, 22" deep and 55" tall, made of walnut. The weight entered above says it's 120 lbs... that's only a guess! I do not know the weight, but it is quite heavy! As you can see in the photos, it is in a storage facility. A family member can meet you there and provide the access code for entry and open the storage unit for you. The unit is easily accessible, and so is the chest of drawers within the unit-- it was the last piece in, so it's right in front to be the first piece to come out. There is a raised loading dock at the facility for easy loading to truck bed height, and the delivery location on the California end has easy access as well. The piece is neither crated nor blanket-wrapped... I hope that the shipper will give it a good blanket-wrap protection. The timing is not essential at all-- while I'd like to get it out of the storage unit sooner rather than later, it doesn't matter if goes by way of every state in the union over a period of months to reach California--- just get it here in good condition, and at the most affordable rate available!

This bed can be taken apart and the dimensions are considerably less. The head and foot board can be removed making it overall much smaller.  

Preferbaly on Sunday th 12th. Moving from an apartment on the 5th floor (there is an elevator) to another apartment 2 miles away on the 4th floor. (there is an elevator). However in the new apartment the bedroom is on the 5th floor and you have to take the stuff from the 4th to the 5th by stairs. Only one bed (foldable) and one dresser and two small side tables to be moved.  

In the picture, you can see the mattress in the back. For perspective, it is a queen size mattress. I live in a condo with an elevator. The buyer lives in a condo with an elevator.  

 

I live in a small town. There is a gate at the side of the house that gives access to porch and backyard. Bed may be safely left on the porch. Dogs are in the house, not in the yard, but you will definitely hear/see them.  

This is a wooden canopy bed n- brand new - in a furniture store warehouse in Montgomery, AL. Need delivery to residence and setup/install.
