As stated above, loading bays at both pickup and drop off locations.  

This item is at a residence and is not on a pallet. I am looking for a blanket wrap pick-up and delivery to a site that is a warehouse with a loading dock and forklift.

Already disconnected, in our garage, flat. Take to another property, will have to walk down one set of exterior stairs to bsmt.  

Have sometimey dogs. "Beware of Dog" sign up on property. I will be home on delivery day.  

Delivery to ground floor/front door of apartment building. Blanket wrap for protection and privacy. Washer cannot be stacked, and must be shipped upright
