I wasn't able to be there when he picked it up, and the bike wouldn't start. He loaded it anyway- no complaints. Actually arrived a little early for the pickup, and delivered it within an hour of his ETA in Florida. Could not recommend him more- I am now a uShip fan and have mentioned it to everyone who listens.
