Kris Lamb is CEO at uShip. He brings more than two decades of leadership experience in growing disruptive technology businesses.

Uniquely well-equipped for his role at the helm of uShip, Kris has generous experience in building and growing market leading product and platform businesses across a variety of verticals and business models. Immediately before joining uShip, Kris led the Cloud Security division of Forcepoint, a market-leading Cybersecurity company, as its Vice President and General Manager. In the past, Kris has led teams as a CTO, VP of Product & Engineering, founder, and currently, CEO.

Kris’ concentrations within the tech industry lean toward software development and delivery, innovation and transformation, customer evangelism and engagement, and scaling and growth. Entering uShip, Kris was eager to gain a better understanding of the exciting innovation and digitization of the logistics industry, and has so far led the team in making great strides during his tenure at uShip.

Respected for his ability to synthesize information and data into informed, actionable insights, Kris has a natural ability to motivate and drive the teams he leads.

Although he’s is a highly respected executive, Kris enjoys kicking back to enjoy time with wife and three children, building custom guitars, and working on his Jeeps. On the weekend during football season, you can find him passionately rooting on his alma mater, the beloved  University of Georgia Bulldogs.
