I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
truck was supposed to be step deck or flat he wanted to send a van 7-06-07 said ne would have correct truck that day did not reply until i contacted him 7-09-07 said he would have a truck that day and would call back with a eta just called 11:00am 7-11-07 and still have not talked to him called "dispatch" 3-4 times left messages have not talked to anyone i think this is a want to be broker who gives them all a bad name no way would i use them or send somebody their way

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
Shipper could not provide COD for shipment and also price was increased by $ 100.00. Shipper said this was an error in accepting amount.
