The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time This Service Provider did not show up at the agreed upon date & time. Additionally this Service Provider refused to send the shipping bill to me & did not communicate with pickup locations as I requested & as he agreed to do. Also this Service Provider stopped responding to my e-mails and phone voice messages. This Service Provider has cost me additional storage fees at one of the pickup locations. This Service Provider is not reliable.

Rating: Negative Left for: a2zen (-1) On: 2/14/2008 For: Couches	My custom made couches were pick up in a horse trailer, and stacked on each other when he was told that it would damage them, these people are incompetent, as my furniture was/is ruined. Response from a2zen: It was not a horse trailer, it is a cargo trailer we use for local pick-ups when filling our larger 20ft trailer, we were not told not to stack, we picked them up and they were not stacked, no extra insurance was purchased. We had trailer brake problems at 11 pm, took over 6 hrs to get another trailer and deliver, and we had to get them to fit into small 10ft trailer. you had rub marks on the couch cushion, hardly ruined, also shipment was highly misrepresented. told customer I would replace.
