The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
I already requested a cancellation 4-5 days ago and have heard NOTHING. I need to cancel this. The shipper was unprofessional, unreliable, irresponsible, and did not communicate with me when he could not make it for the pickup. He refused to honor his commitment and I need my deposit refunded immediately.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
I was promised an emailed/faxed contract will be provided prior pick up, but after few days of waiting with numerous of unreturned calls and emails, I finally got a hold of the service provider and re-request the contract to be faxed immediately since it was only three days prior pick up, however I was told a promised time is not being able to be provided.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
I'm extremely disappointed in this provider. He's caused me a lot of inconvenience with his no show/no call today. Please warn all of your members about tmbenterprise. Also, please see to it that my money, $105.90 deposit is refunded to my credit card. Thank you. I will be needing it to find me another dependable mover.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
I received the contract that stated that the pickup would be June 3. I called and emailed MULTIPLE times and was ignored. On June 3rd, Tyrone called to say that he wasn't sure what day he would be here and he wasn't sure how much room he would have. He said he would call right back to let me know more specifics. I am unable to reach him and he is not answering any phone. I am NOT comfortable with this service provider. He misrepresented his service.
