Chris Willard of Titan Moving picked up boxes and furniture from my apartment in New York and transported them to Portland, Oregon. He had a major truck accident on route which he grossly misrepresented to me. All of my mid-century modern furniture was damaged, most beyond repair and when I submitted my claim for the damaged goods to him, as he had asked, I received zero response.He has disappeared from uship.com and will not respond to any of my attempts to contact him. This shipper is a scam.

I desperately needed a mover for my bed and Chris was such a BIG help!! Such a nice guy and felt at ease knowing my stuff was in great hands! He had extra space in his trailer so he took a few extra boxes at no additional charge! I'm glad he made it safe with the weather and even though it took a little bit longer (extra few hours) he kept me informed the whole time!! The best moving company, I DEFINITELY recommend them! You won't be disappointed, I'll be using his company again! Thanks Chris!!!

There were some issues with the moving truck, mostly because of the weather. Overall and under the circumstances I thought Chris did a fine job. He was very dedicated to getting the job done though all the elements were aginst him. He kept great communication even when the truck broke down. We were alittle worried when our belongings came in a differant vehicle but he was with our belongings the whole time and everything was in order. Thank you Chris! If we move again we will give you a call.

Overwhelmingly positive experience. Chris was a pro's pro, effortlessly moving some big and bulky items without any issue. After my previous match with another provider who flaked out on the day of the move, i was suspect of uShip...well, Chris more than made up for it by doing a great job, communicating well and keeping me up to date every step of the way. i will definitely use him again the next time i move, and will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who asks...11 out of 10!

I could not have asked for a better moving experience. The guys were prompt, professional, and friendly, both in pre-planning communication and during the move. They even disassembled my waterbed frame & kayak rack on the wall. All my items arrived in perfect condition; even fragile picture frames & pictures were blanket wrapped & arrived safely. I will be calling Titan Movers when I move again as their service was the best I've ever experienced! THANK YOU ALL for a job well done!!

Chris with Titan move was awesome, very polite and personable. He worked with me to accommodate my schedule and budget. He was very communicative, responding to my request to verify insurance (which i verified), emails and contacting me with details of pick up and drop of times. My move was smooth, he arrived before the scheduled time which was great and delivered next day. Everything was loaded and unloaded with care.
I would give 5 stars and definetly use him again in the future!

We could not have been more satisfied!!! The guys were prompt, courteous and very conscientious! Everything was loaded and unloaded carefully and we had no damage! They even went above and beyond and hooked up our washer and dryer and put our bed together! We will definitely call Titan the next time we move and highly recommend them!!!
